SPACE HAS FORM,BEAUTY CAN DWELL.

ONEDERFOR is a nut-inspired brand of "healthy food x beautiful lifestyle." What kind of physical space does it need to carry this beauty? With this question in mind, we tried to draw inspiration from Alice in Wonderland—in that world, time seems foldable and stretchable, and space therefore flows. Using this as imagery, we hoped to create a flowing, tangible retail space to house this beauty.

LIMITED SPACE,ABUNDANT FLOW

In this project, the core design challenge we faced was how, within a limited small store, to display a rich product line in an abundant and dazzling way while avoiding the crowding and rigidity brought by traditional retail shelving, and moreover to create the light luxury and beautiful unique atmosphere the brand requires. To this end, we proposed the concept of "flowing display."

RETAIL KNOWS NO BORDERS,FLOW IS SEAMLESS

We hoped to break the cramped feeling common in narrow spaces and design a space with a sense of flow, guiding customers to browse easily and explore independently along a freely flowing circulation, creating an immersive shopping experience different from conventional arrayed shelving.

In the floor plan, we strengthened the guiding nature of curves. All functional volumes are arranged along dynamic trajectories, avoiding straight-line separation, so that the small space gains extension both visually and in the walking experience. Therefore, we integrated all display cabinets with the architectural walls, making them a continuous three-dimensional interface.

The central island and cashier counter also adopt irregular elliptical shapes, together forming a soft and flowing curved form.

The ceiling continues the flowing language of the space as a whole. We used GRG (glass fiber reinforced gypsum) craftsmanship to customize the clock into a form fully integrated with the curved suspended ceiling, further strengthening the overall atmosphere surrounded by curves. Here, time seems to flow along with the space.

To strengthen the sense of guidance in the space, on the floor around the central island, we created a complete elliptical pattern with floor tile inlay, echoing the language of curves in the space.

EXQUISITE IN DETAIL,VINTAGE ELEGANCE

To serve the overall "retro elegance" tone of the space, for the top cornices of the display cabinets embedded in the walls, we inlaid classic European corner flowers custom-carved from solid wood.

At the same time, to further highlight the form of the cabinets visually, we differentiated the texture and color of the interior wall surfaces of the cabinets from the large surrounding wall surfaces, thereby clearly outlining the contours of the cabinets within the overall integration.

In addition to the curved cabinets embedded in the walls, we also designed multiple independent display stands. These stands continue the design language of the cabinets in form and detail, together forming a complete display series and jointly displaying products flexibly and at multiple levels.

For the overall lighting of the space, we adopted darker tones, combined with localized product lighting, creating a layered lighting effect. The overall tone is mainly warm, with soft and cozy light, allowing every customer entering the space to immerse themselves in the beautiful experience brought by the products.
